I personally haven't done Elite Nordr yet, but elite dungeons are supposed to be difficult

Hard=elite, not hard not elite.

They need more people in elite to test out the bosses, then they will decide what to change. All in good time.

we are monitoring Elite dungeons, and making adjustments as we see appropriate. Much like when Kraken Elites were starting we had to tune them a bit after launch to make them sit where they needed to for that expansion. There may be some more tweaks in time.
