Question about arcane banner.

Hi guys,
I know some people say they no longer give arcane achievement and banner for hammerjaw and glacian.
Is that true?
Or, does the person who got arcane egg from hatching locked crates get achievement and banner?
What if someone buys that egg from the seller?
Does person who hatches egg get the banner?
I'm kinda confused..

As I just got banner and arcane achievment I can answer this...glacian egg drop does give u banner...buying it from auction does not

That is what the achievement description says... strange that that is how it would work.

Yeah.. imo, banners and achievements should be given to those who actually hatch the eggs.
I dunno about the arcane weapons, but banners should be definately given to those who use the eggs.
