Rogue skill - Shadow piercer - Bug?

I've been using Shadow piercer for a week or so and after this recent update it seems to be bugged.
When you charge the skill sometimes it will not cast the ability while consuming mana. Its not lag at least its not being delayed its not being casted at all. No dmg no heal.

-rising death
-Leading dagger

Skills not going off is a known issue.

yes known issue. should be fixed really soon. i dont think that many players see forums and know it though. it affect gameplay sagnificantly yet still no new client to fix it.
