More ways to gain xp?

I can get boring just running the same map over and over, farming xp to level up. Maybe add some new ways to gain xp?

For example boost the quest xp, they barely give any.

Also make selling an item in cs give a little xp?

Or buying something in cs or npc shop? Xp depends on the price of the item.

Anyone have any other ideas?

I agree. That's why I love Guild Wars 2 so much! You can literally level from 1-80 without killing a single enemy. It make take you a freaking long time, but it is possible.

Yeah it get's boring doing the same thing countless times.

A game I played a while back had an interesting take on quests and xp. The quests granted some xp, but more importantly, the more quests you had solved, the more xp you got per kill. That is, the percentage of quests you had completed acted as a multiplier on combat xp, similar to elixirs and daily blessings. If STS allowed solved quests to add up to some kind of xp elixir effect, I guarantee more people would pay attention to them. And it would mean you level faster, giving you a reason to solve quests all over the place, not just grind the same maps all the time.

Make achievements give you exp.

Buying items to get xp wud kinda go crazy cuz their is lower priced items, so yeah

I agree that quests should give more xp and achievements should give xp, but I don't think that buying items should give xp, because it could get pretty crazy based on how it was implemented.

It would be cool to earn XP in pvp tournaments that happen automatically everyday in an arena so you register and when it's your time you get spawned in the arena with your opponents

Maybe something like DL has with daily allies.
30second / 2 hours / 24 hours for 100-150 xp.

If you got exp from buying things, and it's based on how much money you spend on the item, then you could farm a bunch of capped toons by just putting in an item for gold cap, switching character to a new character ( which you gave the gold cap to) and then buy the item, then list the item for a gold cap, switch characters, and buy it.

Yeah just a suggestion. If only there were other more fun ways to farm xp than to run the same maps.
