Account guest sign(without register)

Hi sir/mdm

I have some items and gold in my level 7 account which has been used for my storage, it is sign in under(guest sign in) which is not register.

Usually this account is use for my storage, however this account is gone after update.

I have tried to contact support@spacetimestudios.com several times but could not get any help or reply.

Pls kindly advise my following step to be done.

Only Customer Support can deal with accounts and it can take a few days if they are slammed.
