Interesting, maybe dragon parts could be made into armor or weapons throught ingame npcs.

Dragon scales = Dragon armor
Dragon bones = Dragon bows/staffs/axes

I could easily see a Dragon Tooth shield for the archer.

Ok summed it up for the devs !! we would like 1 super uber hard boss thats a dragon but also cute and cuddley that needs a very skilled team to take down which has very unique loot so if u have that item ppl will be like ZOMG !! .. But please Make it UNATURALY hard to kill like REALLY HARD REALLY REALLY HARD !! Kinda gettin turned ... anyway !! DRAGON !!!
