Youre kidding right. A l16 does max 600 uncharged and 1k charged. L17 on the other hand does 1k+ , I did this to test it on 1v1 and he was critting me 1.2k i dont understand how a 6dmg diff can get twice dmg uncharged.

Thanks for the support. I am not even going to bother with guild wars or 1v1s with some guilds such as mvpvp cuz they have ALL rogues L17...and now we know why they lvled up
