Talon, my friend. Low base damage in exchange for dps = horrible skill damage. Yes, your dodge is higher with that set, but when another has high armor on top of IB, and the opponent uses a weapon that has significantly lower damage than my armor alone, you will only dish out 22's (unless you happen to crit one, or multiple skills).
Also, Reun might have given you his build and attack sequence, but he is also more experienced at his bear (and maybe PvP in general.) I have 20+ bears (by far my favorite class) and have spent numerous plat on researching builds, skills, and sets. I am NOT saying I am better than anyone (as everyone has seen, Cheen owned my butt), but comfort level does help in these cases.

You learn from the mistakes and become better. That's what makes a skilled PvPer a skilled PvPer. The only person who was born godly in PvP was Mysticaldream or Thelonearcher. The rest of us? We all learned. ;P

@Internal, Rift bear is really the best bet with bear, unfortunately. I'm sorry for your loss, but don't worry, Crimson used to lose round one matches all the time! You learn from the mistakes and become better. That's what makes a skilled PvPer a skilled PvPer. The only person who was born godly in PvP was Mysticaldream or Thelonearcher. The rest of us? We all learned. ;P

It takes practice, brodont feel bad about yourself. As long as you tried your best, your good. I'm not that good at bear, but I practiced and got better (not by much xD). I tried to help you as best as I could. Don't feel bad about yourself. It's just a tourney, it's supposed to be for fun. Bears are underpowered at this level anyways, so if you lose it's not a big deal

@Internal - Go back and look at the 56 "Da Bear" Tourney. I got thumped like a drum. I am not even close to being a "good" PvP'er. However, I do better than some because I don't worry about anything when I play. Just have fun with it.
