I would say this build is average. This setup I would say is mainly good against runners, useless in team fights.

Pure STR base stats

Don't just go to full str, as this will be an issue to ur mana. Put like this ratio 5 in STR and 1 in INT for every level. At least 3 offense like SS,CS,AT and Horn of Renew. Ribbit will be a nice pet. It gives you 50% on critical hit. Activate his ability before you use SS or CS

Some people who are twink, they use Windmill and Skyward. Or Hook & splitter or Hook & Skyward.
