You don't need to do much, relax, listen music, grab popcorn and tempt someone, then -

ms, drain, fire, ice(if small popcorn), heal run reach a tree, then show some love to the tree, by hugging it continuously, make sure your auto is on, now just spam your skills randomly.

If you don't get kdr boast by 200% doing this, I'll give you free kills.

Have you considered that others might actually want to gain respect in pvp arenas and not rely on cheap tactics..?
