Their response time varies based on quantity of emails, type of request, and days of the week. Give it a few more days then shoot them another (friendly) reminder your issue hasn't been resolved. They will get to ya eventually.

Also please do not spam their e-mail, it ticks them off when they read 5 emails with the same BB.

Ive had almost a week before they replied back. It just depends on how many emails (i was only 1 of over 3 thousand) they have.

I read somewhere not to long ago someone posted you have to change game reference to Arcane Legends instead of PL. +1 to whoever that was
Basically, I use my al account for all support needs, so it doesn't get thrown in the spam bin.
When it says "which game", BE SURE TO CLICK ARCANE LEGENDS, so u get answered
