Maybe he thinks you're sitting on a pile of garbage while playing PL?

But like everyone else is saying, just send an email to STS. They'll handle it; we as players cannot do much else other than do what is suggested, which in most cases is just to report by emailing the support team.

I happen to know that player and haven't had any problems with him in the past. My guess is that the two of you had a dispute, and as others have stated it should be solved privately rather than on a public forum.

The main reason I don't pvp, people kick you when your down. I guess there self esteem is that low they do that to make themselves feel better

Pvp/CTF is the most fun part of the game but also has the most flame/conflict...when you put people to fight each other rather than together it arouses problems...
