Zendt- Rogue 13
Int is by far the most important because it contributes to bonus damage which multiplies your weapon and other adds. This gets progressively better at higher levels.

The answer to the above question about Dex is yes it gives some damage but not very much in comparison to int for reasons FluffNStuff already stated about % bonus DMG.
Here is a quick summary for what u increases with each attribute as a sorcerer. Note the amounts given can vary by how much u invest minus the health portions.
Str - 10 health per 1 point
Dex - 5 health, crit, dodge, DMG per 1 point
Int - 3 Health, mana, dmg and % bonus dmg per 1 point
