Str vs Int in Rogue build

Im level 31 rogue and trying to respec my char. I've read allot of post that say Str is better than Int but I've noticed int increases damage. any pointers on best build for PvE?

Beebz, welcome to the forums there are tons of different builds in the rogue section here. With regards specifically to your ability score stats you can look at it thusly:

Str gives you more survivability useful for on hit bosses especially if you can get your health about 2.5k or higher.

Int helps with manna as well as having the added damage.

Personally I'm a full Dex natural build and I swap out gear as the situation warrants. Since I picked up noble gear I haven't had to but the bonechill and champion sets provide that diversity and are relatively inexpensive.

So I guess it really depends on your play style and what sort of pve you plan to do... Elites? Normal map farming? Kill farming? etc...
