Here are some:
teleport skill that moves your toon ahead 15m (faster than rogue dash)
revive skill (or heal subskill) to revive dead toons
mana shield subskill for a shield
confuse skill that makes mobs/bosses/players attack closest friendly target or themselves instead of you

Upgrades:
Multiply- +1 more Clone
Sacrificed- Master will get 10% Hp recovery when a Clone/s dies
Walking Bomb- Clone/s will have a 45% chance to explode when killed dealing 10% DMG
Buffed- Clone/s will have 5% more HP & DMG
Passive Lifesteal-(Blade users only) 16% chance to recover HP while dealing DMG
Upgrades: +1% chance every skill points (up to 4 times)

Rogue: Kiss Of Life! :P (Revives dead party members)
Warrior: Mighty Soul (Allows enemies to be killed in one hit - Rare Skill/Spell)
Sorceror Molten Rock (Summons raining Molten Lava Rock killing mobs of enemies and Bosses very quickly)

A water skill that acts like frost or fire, shooting out a bolt of water at the enemy.
Or
A water skill that acts like Gale Force creating a personal tornado around you.
i dont think so that they will release new skills for any but it will be better if they think abt to do so
I think, devs have to make new passives: life and energy leech, xp bonus, hp and mana regen, etc. They also need to improve old (i think, +5% movement speed don't cost 5 skill points, the same thing with damage). If devs make new active skills, they need to extend skill map to 5-6 slots.

SORCERER
METEOR CRASH
DESCRIPTION: A large meteor drops from sky dealing massive dmg knocking enemies all direction nd inflicting burn upon hitting them. 6m radius of impact nd 14m range
UPGRADES:
-METEOR BREAKDOWN: uncharged skill will now break meteor into pieces nd shower to enemies dealing low dmg within 8m range (windmill version of warrior)
-UNLARGED METEOR: skill will now do additional 15% dmg
-CRASH IMPACT: charged skill will do either stun or feeble enemies upon hitting them
-CRITICAL IMPACT: charged skill will hav 15% chance to kill enemy(s) instantly (ineffective in pvp nd boss fight)
WARRIOR
BARBARIAN TACKLE
DESCRIPTION: A forward tackle towards enemy that pushes one enemy dealing high dmg and knockdown it and enemies within 3m radius of warrior will be scattered away, 16m range
UPGRADES:
-HEAD CHARGE: skill will do additional 15% dmg
-SHOCKWAVE: uncharged skill will do outward push that either knockdown or stun enemies
-WRECKAGE : charged skill will hav 30% to disorient enemy nd will make feeble
-SKULL IMPACT: charged skill will hav 10% chance to kill enemy instantly (ineffective in pvp nd boss fight)
ROGUE
ROGUE BREAKER
DESCRIPTION: A fast forward dash attack that goes in front of enemy and perform a cross slash and spin slash dealing massive dmg to enemies withing 3m radius, 16m range
UPGRADES:
-CYCLONE KICK: charged skill will do a kick after performing cross slash nd spin slash making enemy feeble nd knockback
-ROGUE FORCE: charged skill will used no mana and heal mana to user depending upon the dmg dealt to enemy
-WRATH BLADE: skill will do additional 15% DMG
-ROGUE BOOST: charged skill will buff 25% dodge as well as movement speed
lol as u can see, these skills are massive dmg dealers, so it will be better to unlock them at level lower then cap level by 10, (ex: will b unlocked at lvl26 if lvl36 is cap level)

Thinking about things sorc need: Teleport +1 but it also has to deal damage like it's counterpart movement skills -maybe like a necromancer move where we turn into mist, flow through multiple targets and steal life(subskills can be easily thought of like a petrify) omg its like harry potter lol anyways I mean not anyways! crucio? leviosa?! omg a flying move thats what we need. And Obi's confuse would be deadly in PVP so.. +1 c: I support "revamping" others ideas. Sectumsempra.. sigh im terrible. Though these are somewhat generic 'tis still stolen I hope you guys come up with cool new ideas orrr REVAMP!!!
