You can even post pictures from your iPad using the safari app.

You go to the quick reply box at the bottom of any page in the thread, and press the forth option after the smiley face. This is "insert photo/video". When clicked, a box comes up. When on the "from URL tab", click the "from computer" tab. Above "upload file(s), you just press "choose". You can take a photo or choose an existing one. This is one way of doing it, and it works.
