I've reinstalled PL just now. And guess what. At the patching page it stucked at ios031 and disconnected me after a while. Does it mean I got banned?

Doodle I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean you're banned, if you're banned you would've gotten something like "This account has been banned <forever> (or) <for 7 days> for violating our ToS. <----- Not exactly that, but you should get the picture. Just reinstall it again, make sure you have a stable Internet connection, and try to do it again. I'm pretty sure they would've emailed you anyways if you were banned.

If you're banned, you'd get a notification screen that says something like 'ban time remaining...'.

I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling again.

I have a stable connection currently, it justs stucks at the same point every time :/

There was a recent update today for the plat sale... Maybe that is contributing to this?
