A couple of months ago a friend of mine sent in 2 requests about different issues one day apart from eachother. The issue number he got back in the return email was over 1k apart in number, meaning they get more than a thousand requests per day (or at least they did that day).
How quickly they get back to you probably depends on how busy of a week they had. If they got more than average requests, it will take longer. If they didn't have many requests, you may hear back from them the same day.
