Eh. Reminds me of set smoke from humania sets before they changed it to stars...
Anyway good idea, though a set bonus that makes you partly invisible sounds cool..
I wouldn't mind seeing to Fortified Sparks returning... wait a second...

If you want to go see for youself, I think it can be done in the last Nuri Dungeon, or in the Paid mini dungeon for surr.
I dont like smoke or stars or any of that bs. I want sparkles like we had in AO3
Yeh it'd be cool haha. On the way to the last boss(can't remember name) there's like a pool of this stuff, just step in it and you're covered in it for a few seconds.
You also get that in Sewers just before Trash Heap, except color is blue.
I love the one in the sewers. I would step in it every time on purpose lol
The blue stuff around the magical Sewer Slime in Catacombs would be REALLY nice for a new cap set bonus.
