Chat enhancement

Hi guys, Is it possible too implement a few new chat features?

1, press up arrow (or discrete button) to replay the last message like in cmd(dos) prompt. should be super easy and would stop me crying when my message for guild starts with '/ghello this is my long message to you all'

2, can we long press items into chat? that would be a link to item?

3, can we have a sales channel? then force people to use it.

4, can we have a begging channel then auto kick people that join it?

Two out of 4 would be nice
