When I used to use SP - for single targets, I use AS instead. But what I remember is that the SP upgrade targets 3 different target in sequence (pots, jars, etc are considered as a target), and would only attack a single opponent once if there's no adjacent target.

For 3 targets, its attack is: A --> B --> C
For 2 targets, its attack is: A --> B --> A
For 1 target, it attacks only once: A

But I could be wrong or there was a version upgrade on SP skill.

SP also has that 'deals multiple low dmg hits after coming out of pierce' upgrade (or something) and deals multiple low dmg hits to 1 target.
