where is vixen??

Be prepared that Vixen is very rare. My estimation is once in 100 runs (provided you get reroll). I solo Grimnr 3-5 in a day and I saw last Vixen about one month ago. The drop rate from Elite mobs is similar.

At normal, does it drop from mobs or from Grimnr only?
