How do you activate trade and gift box on new toons its in Ted right now and I need to transfer money

There's a minimum level requirement for a new toon to be able to trade, thats level 5, if im not mistaken.

u may get banned while trading with low level toons

yeah and u need buy platinum for create another character. because on my country i can't farm plat with app..

u can create another acc. and loggin on ur pc with 2 acc and then trade.

I am level 8 and I need items to build my char. I hope I don't get banned cause they my toons and can't have both toons out if I'm on same account
