I guess he/she means the plat dungeon "underworld eruption", pressing purchase won't let you join a game. You need to walk through the whole in the ground in bsm towne next to the Fallen Prince.
That isn't an elite level, if you buy it from the join game menu it won't work you actually have to go to the portal, if you have the access elixir active you should be able to walk right in.
You need to have all black smoke maps cleared too.
