Rogue with juggernaut... wait, what?

As i was watching a video earlier on the top 10 moble mmos (personally i think that game at #3 should be 1st, but just my opinion) and when it got to arcane legends (5:40 to 6:15) i noticed something odd about the 3d skill on this players rogue.. am i missing something?

Back in the first season before they came out with shadow storm shot, I believe heath packs used to look like the juggernaut icon. (If I remember correctly)
