It's called a signature... to upload it follow these steps :
1. Login to your forum account
2. Go to settings ( see below in the screenshot) :
3. Go to " Edit signature" (see below the screenshot) :
4. Check the below screenshot for the next step :

And if I remember correct you need to make more than 4 posts before you can use one.
