    Default I've put all my points into INT - have I made a mistake?

    Right now I'm at level 39 and I have 203 INT. Was it a mistake putting it all the points into INT? I don't want to re-spec, so if I made a mistake, what should I allocate the points into from now on? Or should I just do a re-spec?

    What do you want to achieve?

    And what is your current class? (Bear, Bird or Enchantress?)

    I'm currently an enchantress. I want to be a mage that mainly casts spells.

    Put enough Dex to pump up your Hit % to 100, then the rest to Int.

    That's the basic build for a Nuke Mage.

    You should be fine, just put the rest into dex as you level up.

    It used to be that dex increases hit% and, I think, dodge.

    I dual specced my level 50 to pally/int mage, with a base of 127 str and 126 int. Dex has 2.

    When playing pally (all Rift except for helm):
    total str = 168
    int = 126
    hit% = 106
    dodge = 8

    When playing int mage (all Cosmos, with eye and wand):
    total int = 178
    str = 127
    hit% = 110
    dodge = 6

    I did play around with adding dex, but the hit% wasn't increasing as much as it did before the update. With hit% above 100 for both pally and int mage, I just left dex at the minimum of 2.

    My dex mage, level 49, has 155 dex and 102 int. Hit% is only 117 and dodge is 3.

    So until someone actually comes up with the definitive answers, I think putting all your points in int is probably not as bad an idea as it used to be.

    Well, I just did the update stats thing, and putting all points in dex gives me hit% of 105, while everything in int is 91%. Everything in str doesn't change the hit% at all.

    The rest of my hit% when playing pally or int mage comes from gear bonuses. Dodge and crit are affected by str, while int affects both hit% and dodge.

    I don't think int effects dodge at all...

    If you go 125 int 129 dex you can be a dual equipted nuke mage. You just need more potions. (Having the extra dex gets extra crits in group damage).
