I made a thread about this on the off-topic forums. The reason it WILL WORK on a Playstation Phone is because the phone itself is running Android. The reason they likely won't develop it for PSP or consoles is because they would have to invest tons of money into it when it isn't necessary. It would be too much trouble with updates and the like.
