Respeccing

Hello. I've searched the forums, Google, asked in game and still can't find the answer to my simple question:

When, where, and how can I respec?

Someone told me to look in my skill tab, but I see nothing pertaining to respeccing.

I have a lvl33 ranger and play on my iPhone, if that makes any difference.

Click on the top left corner shield icon, click avatar then you can see skill point there you can change your skill point.

Well, I figured it out and feel silly. x]

I needed to disable auto leveling. I assumed that button was for PvP twinks (like in World of Warcraft) and would shut off my XP gain. The warning message was also off-putting because it says it's irreversable. Can be confusing for a noob. Lol.
