It depends on the context of new.

If it is a new offer on NativeX but you've previously done the offer for that app but it reappears, there is an extremely high chance it will not credit (because the system knows you've completed, I don't know why they still display it)

If it is a new offer on NativeX but you've never done it before, there is a good chance it will credit (although not guaranteed, talk to NativeX Support if you did this and it did not credit)

If it is not a new offer but you've never done it before, there is a good chance it will credit (talk to support if you do this and it doesn't credit)

If it not a new offer but you've done it before, I have no clue why its still displaying and there is a high chance it will not credit.
