Hey i have a quick question when i try to upload sig from computer the button is blank it wont work so what do i do? Also when i try to add pictuers or somthing it say allowed files bla bla bla then the upload button is again blanked out and wont work so im wondering is there a special app that you guys use in order to get the files or whatever cause im on an ipad 1st gen and i dont have a laptop

1. img shud be in jpg format
2. it shud be 500x100 in dimension
