Hi Sam, I've completed the Halloween quests but unable to go into Dead City of Nec. to complete the rewards and Day of the Dead for my last Jack O'Lantern as well, due to loading taking a long time and finally disconnected.
Any help please?

It was online on the first day of the event I think, bought like 10k plats, and next day (puff) it's offline again.
