Gift Offline Users & Accept

My first request would be to have the ability to send gold and possibly items to offline users. Maybe using a new command, such as "/give <target>".

My second would be to have some sort of inventory of gifted items that you could accept or delete / return or something of the sort. Maybe accept or sell would work better. If the first were to be allowed, I think this would be a nice addition to it. It would also prevent the spam chests and stuff you get without declining all gifts.
