I have added at "RULES" the rule no.7 and also did the updates at the "Promotions" part.
Only lvl 36 allowed to guild and also to add a player to guild, you have to interview and check him before.
Thanks guys for taking the new changes in consideration and keep up the good work.
For the lvl 35 who were removed from guild and are active, once you level up, you are welcome to join EOS back!
