The best build for you is the one you figured out by yourself
It takes time and patience and many Tests.
A "best" build doesnt exist in this game coz there are too many things to Do and where you need different skills etc.
Try to find it out by yourself.
If you play pvp a lot find a pvp build. If you play elite a lot try to find a build for elite. And so on.
