You must be an active Arcane Legends player; this means you must play the game at a minimum 4-5 days a week.
Wear our Omniscient Sanctum title, be proud of who you are!
Must use English in the Guild Chat
No begging for items, gold or promotions
No vulgarities
No disrespecting any guild or game member
No racism or bigotry
No spamming
No bad attitudes
No political discussion
No lying
No fighting
No blackmail
No scamming
No talking about drugs in guild chat
No mass booting of guild members
No hacking
No cheating
You must first look to see where a person is playing before asking for help. If they are in a hard map such as and Elite map, PVP, Shuyal or other hard areas, wait for them to finish playing before asking for help. However, you may ask the guild as a whole for help.
No fighting against guild mates in PVP unless you agree to fight against each other prior, try to PVP on the same team as guild mates.
Violations: The “3 Strikes and You’re Out” Rule
Officers may remove a guild member by following the “3 strikes and you’re out” rule; you must notify the GM after removal.
1st Strike: Warning by private message
2nd Strike: Last Warning and possibility of expulsion depending on severity of problem and you must apologize to guild for the violation
3rd Strike: Expulsion or Banned from Guild; ie. Mass Booting of guild members, Scamming, Blackmail, Cheating, and Hacking will get you banned! No exceptions!!!
We understand sometimes people just have bad days, so you may be allowed back in the guild if you were expelled. However, you must write a letter of appeal and email it to the guild master to be reviewed by the leadership team.
Regulations Regarding Selling Items in Guild Chat
1. Item must cost at least less than what it sells for in the Consignment Shop
2. No Spamming guild chat- one item every 10 minutes
3. Item must be worthy of selling to guildmates; don’t sell us your common or rare items, some epic items are accepted provided that they are valuable enough.
*If selling items in guild chat becomes a problem, the privilege will be revoked from everyone.
Member Requirements:
You must visit our Guild Thread and/or Guild Website, read and agree to abide by our rules. You must show that you are honorable and worthy to be a member and show leadership by welcoming new members, helping other members, show loyalty, kindness, love, respect, enthusiasm, and honor and establish trust. If you would like to become a member please ask any member of the guild and you will be considered for membership.
Recruiter Requirements:
Your character must be level 25+, meet Member Requirements as mentioned above and enforce the rules. You must be a member of Omniscient Sanctum Facebook Group. Recruiters are nominated by any member and voted in by the leadership team (GM and Officers). You may nominate yourself, if you would like to become a recruiter and think you fit the role please notify any officer.
Officer Requirements:
Being an Officer is the highest rank you can achieve in the guild. It’s an honorable position and are chosen carefully and wisely. You must meet the Member and Recruiter Requirements as mentioned above. You must show you are a leader. Our officers are the guardians of Omniscient Sanctum, be proud of who you are. Officers are nominated by guild members and voted on by the leadership team (GM and Officers).
