need help with builds and pets

hello guys,
i need some help with my lvl 11 or 12 pvp rouge.

1.what is the best rouge pvp build for lvl12 or 11 still undecided which lvl is best for twinking.
2.which arcane pet is best for rouge for twinking and endgame.
3.should i buy arcane pet or open locks for them .if i hve 5000+plats do i hve any chance of looting a arcane eggs or mythic items.

1. 11: 1/5 SP, 4/5 AS, 5/5 Packs 12: Same build but 1/5 in Dex Passive.
2. Samael hands down.
3. You can only loot Arcane pets from crates, so crates of course! Opening crates are totally luck. Dosen't matter how many you open or how much platinum you have. You could get something good, you could not.

2&3. Most twinks i saw use mana pet(flapjack,nexus, haze etc).
You dont need to waste much for an arcane pet to PAWN at twink pvp.(imo)

I think u can use arcane pet,u just use the mana pet when ur mana is exhausted..(or u can beg it from mage)When u in 1 v 1,you should use mana pet+crit,if u use arcane pet and vs with pro warrior its like endless
