I think its cool how you made the vast majority of new items available to those with little or no platinum with the winter tokens. I have no comment on the rest of it but I applaud your efforts to make this game more accessible to a larger group of players.

Where is the best place to "find" the portals? I've been killing bosses anywhere from Brackenridge to Nordr, and haven't done one yet.

Everyone's been saying Elites, so Elites.
Good stuff, but the problem is the event is too time consuming.
I found that it took way longer to finish then the Halloween event quests.
