I think the archon rings are expensive mostly for the cool look, being rare and its stat is good too.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that the Winter Star have a "starlight" particle effect on them but it doesn't show up on the auction or avatar screen

All winter rings have its particle effect when equipped, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, like a blood ruby mythic ring, it has a bubbling particle affect. Int archons have a purple/pink color, Dex archons have green color and Str archon has a silvery/white color to it.

It's pretty cool for a ring. I was excited when I got it last expansion because of the effect lol
