RUN a mile in an hour? Must have some serious cankle issues...
Only those who risk going past the edge will find out how far they can go.
Better yet, do what I do. Do 90 minutes of pure intense cardio.
If you can't do that, start at 30 minutes or whatever you can handle then work your way up every day. If you're working your way up, each day, add 2 more minutes to your workout.

I'm perfectly in good shape Ty at least I'm a runner, cycling, and skier lol. 1 mile isn't that far ;P.

I eat and eat and eat and drink and eat sometimes play Al all day and i don't put on a single weight...no need for this bruh!
Tread mill is so boring. In fact most stationary indoor exercises make me want to shoot myself. Go outside and enjoy the fresh air.
Only reason I'd EVER use a treadmill would be for when its 12 degrees outside (like it is now) Treadmills are a waste of money
On the other hand, things like weight benches and weights aren't so bad, you can't necessarily go out and lift sticks with marshmallows on the ends of them and expect anything
Join the military... ull run 10 miles on the regular. Sucks ay first but u get used to it.
I'm perfectly fit. I do 100 push-ups and sit-ups and lift weights every day. I also do rock-climbing, hiking, swimming, and more. I love being outdoors

Ikr? I'm not military but I remember thinking 3 miles a day is a lot. Now? I'm up to 9-10 miles a day, LOL!
I think, honestly, it's the title that's bothering people. If you change it to something like: "Healthy Legends!" or "Just because we game, doesn't mean we are fat!" and do a nice introductory guide on the benefits of even light cardio can do, it would've been taken more kindly (as long as you didn't make it too much about how you work out.)

Lift,box,play AL
Repeat process
Go out with mates for bball and have a jog around your area - repeat everyday, you'll stay fit this way 100%
I honestly don't know why I'm fit.
Maybe because I'm outside alot, even in the snow.

Play Pl from 7am-9am
Go on a 5km run
Drink a shake
Play hockey
Play PL from 4pm-6pm
Have an ice cold beer with your friends
