    Default iPad Connection and Ping problems 60K+ (video)

    Here's a video of the horrible ping problems I'm having with Arcane Legends.
    Pings of over 60,000 and disconnects.

    iPad Air
    Tried two different different routers/wifi: Linksys E4200 and Comcast Xfinity
    G-mode only, Mix Modes, N-Mode only, QOS on, QOS off
    My speed test are usually over 30mbps

    BUT seems to work OK on my PC in Chrome with pings of 132-250
    I am also getting frequent high pings on my iPhone 5S, but not as bad as the iPad Air

    Boring video of this.


    I can contact support, BUT more people will see it here and maybe someone will have a solution.

    I think i have the same problem. My ipad mini on regular server after i log in it goes really high up to 100k sometimes then go to red ping like 2k ping then goes up again.

    I figured that its server problem. I connected to a vpn and got ping fixed but still without vpn it goes really high.

    Please fix this my vpn subscription will end next year lol

    I have the same problem on both my android and iphone at times. I usually just use PC for arcane legends though

    Thanks, glad it's not just me. BUT why does it work well on my PC and then 100k pings on my iPad Air, they both use the SAME Internet.
    Is there some other Wifi settings I can try to edit?

    After much searching, I did come up with a few things that helped!
    I also did a follow up video.
    But mainly is this:
    1. Set my wifi channels to channel 6
    2. change wifi security to WPA with AES

    This has not solved my problem, BUT GREATLY helped.

    I've had the same problems.. And now my app won't even open.. Tried reinstalling but still won't work..
