I just play PL but i register in AL when its out , so there is founder helm in AL or somthing special for old players ?
Second, where the stash and cs ?

Stash-Guild Hall And Traveller Outpost There's more but this is simpler
Cs-Same as above except Guild Hall

There is Forerunner and Heraldic that is like founders but it's tradeable.

Stash and CS is located in Travelers Outpost, Paradise Pier, Kraag, etc.

But everything is tradeable so it began as founders then spread to whoever wants to buy it

Stash and CS exist in every town except for Windmore. And just so you are not confused (as I was when I started playing), they are the same no matter where you access them. It's all one CS and one stash with just different places to access it.
