I was soloing tombs again to lvl up and this guy popped up once again. I leave every time I see him becuz I don't do any damage to him....at all.

Does he drop anything? Or is he just there :/

He is one of the Elusive Four for the Elusive Four AP. For lower levels, don't bother because he will 1 hit you.

He's one of the elusive four. They usually drop pretty good gear.

I always get like 1k gold pinks from him, don't bother trying to waste your time unless you... have the time. ._.

It seems you are unlucky , you cant kill him alone or invite players to help u with getting achievement points xD.

Killing him the first time grants achievement points, but at a low level is really easy to get 1 hit killed unless you are very skilled with range. If you wish, get a team or kill him later when you are stronger. He drops decent gear for being more elite

Part of the elusive four achievement.
There are 4 hard to find guys that randomly & rarely spawn in place of certain things. Scratch will take place of a skeleton. He is often the 'easiest' to find. His drops aren't very valuable.
The 4 bosses are elite bosses, thus they are quite strong. It is generally advised to avoid them at low levels.

I've never gotten anything from Skratch other than an epic ring: "Skeleton Band of Savvy"

Same with the other 3; drops have been anything but pinks.
