V.I.P Damage Elixir????

Well actually STS gives away many V.I.P gifts to the people like locked crates,elixirs and many who spend many platinum

and those are called as V.I.P locked crates and V.I.P elixirs.

I believe that in previous seasons, anyone that spent $50 or more in platinum purchases received a VIP Unlocked Crate of the Watch. A similar thing happened with VIP Damage Elixirs.

Also, support uses these VIP Unlocked Crates as a reimbursement tool. When I opened Golden Imbued Chests after the Winter Event was over, all I received was 40 Winterfest tokens in each chest, and had no means to spend them. Support gave me a VIP Unlocked crate for each Golden Imbued I opened as reimbursement.

None of these VIP items are tradeable, but they are stashable, so can be transferred to other toons on your account. The reason why they are not tradeable is probably because they are a reward/reimbursement to your account.

Crates are unlocked therefore require no Platinum to open.

I'm guessing same applies to Elixirs where they require no Platinum to purchase.

Seriously, people need to learn how to read. It's been mentioned more than a few times HOW people got the VIP elixir/locked crate within the reply. Jeez! T_T

As for the obvious, let me state it:
• Very Important Person = Loyal Customer, meaning payed a considerable amount of platinum.
• Reimbursement Rewards for Support Cases (Don't go spamming support to try to get one, you'll just get yourself blocked for any future support cases)
• Random Events where they are awarded to people who have spent more than $30 in plat.

Well, I suppose I got 3x VIP 2,000 gold, or a VIP Smelly Helm, but I liquidated it so fast, I may have missed a VIP prefix on it. Perhaps there is a random player running around with one of those VIP Tree Branches which I gifted...
