As the title says, the quest drop in the Dead City - Arcanum Castle map does not work. You cannot turn in quests there that can be turned in at all other quest drops.

I am not having trouble completing any quests. I have had two capped characters for several seasons now. I have just noticed that I can turn in daily quests at any quest drop except the one in the Arcanum Castle. It is a bugged quest drop.
