PvE or PvP? Either way that many points in most of those skills is overkill. Lifegiver is a complete waste for pve. See any of the many other build threads...

Exactly what Sox said up there. If you were to switch out lifegiver with another skill that other skill should be the arcane shield very useful for pvp and pve. What gear are you using? If you have less than 2.4k health maybe you should instead take out dex and put it into might instead? Also not all the skills in ice and time shield are as effective as others so take some out and put it into keeping lifegiver. In endgame pvp with five skills, it could help you alot.(just switch the fifth skill in and out whenever you need it.
