After tons of email pleading nativeX to give me my plat and getting those computer/bot answers that when you get you understand your case is lost.
I contacted the support team after october/november/december/january/febraury had pass and told them exactly what happened 5+ months ago and guess what....

My problem got solved at the speed of light!
Recently i saw some threads against the support team and i must i say i totally disagree with people that condemn their service/time of answer/ and seriousness about cases. As i am concerned they are doing a preety decent job.
BTW 190-192 ping is the least i can have....that's another personal calvary i am looking forward to lay someday.
