Twink equips for lv10 twink

Well since the new update, what would be the equip/skills for a twink rogue or warrior lv10

[Toy]

tarlok set (armour,helm,necklace) and winterstar ring for both class
rogue : use devour bow potency/brutality (half dex, half str)
warrior : dark watch sword > storm sword > devour (full str)
for skills you have to figure yourself

There are no new toys to equip to improve low lvls atm.
you have new pets singe, scorch that are interesting if u r bored from your other arcane/mythic pets or excess gold/plat.
