Guys just an idea for the next contest
Timed runs of Tindirin Elites
Rules
1) No more than 1 officer (or master) and 1 recruiter in each party.
2) After posting time of 1 elite, party may not be changed for posting time of any of the other elite maps.
3) No restrictions on gear or pets.
4) Prizes will be distributed on bases of timing for individual maps, not based on sum total of all 5 runs, i.e., there will be a total of 5 prizes given (not including any bonus prizes) and a party may win more than 1 or even all 5.

If officers decide to accept this contest, I will be more than hapy to contribute towards the prize, but do not have the means to give all the prizes without any financial assistance (unless the winners are ok with cheap prizes).
Rules need to be fined tuned and I leave that up to the officers and master.
I also have some ideas for bonus prizes so officers can either pm me in game (kingofninjas) or on forums.

alright the time is right to say my idea for a contest. I am going to take a screenshot and zoom and zoom and zoom well not that much zoom and your job is to find what map is and the exact place in the map and post your guess here in the forums (you need to say the exact way to get to the place I took the pic so it will take a long time).If I get the approval of the officers I will start the contest in no time!!!!!!!!! There will be 3 winners but when I announce the first winner I will put a different screenshot and so go on so it will be fair. Ty for your time

As I promised here are the points discussed in EOS officers meeting. We are making it clear and open for everyone.


EOS MEETING 22/03/2013

Start time: 12:00 GMT
End time: 14:00 GMT
Minutes of the meeting:

1. Cleanup

Cleanup in guild has been performed. All players with levels below 40 have been kicked from EOS. From 645 members we are around 315 members now.

Has been discussed and agreed also to kick players with bad KDR. As already informed, I have found two dummies in EOS, one with KDR 2/2000 and one with 100/2000 so I have decided to kick them. Please check them all, decide whenever they have a bad KDR or not and kick them!

We don’t want others to place their dummies into EOS.

Informed everyone that I left like 7-8 people and few more level 36 in guild (like Chiyuk, David, Yash etc..) as they are old SK / EOS officers who helped a lot in this guild.

2. How to become recruiter in EOS? Rules changed!

It has been decided to not give anymore recruiter rank to people, it will be given after officers votes and after we are sure they do what a recruiter has to do.

Members names will be taken in officers meeting and officers will vote for them in order to get the recruiter rank.

The following has been decided and will apply for recruiters (to get the rank of recruiter):

1. Lead the elite parties and help guild members to get APS.
2. Be active in guild chat and make sure the guild chat remains clean, free of drama.
3. Be active in EOS thread (TINYURL.COM/SILENTKILLGUILD)
4. Provide suggestions via EOS thread which will be taken up by GM and will be discussed with officer, and decide whenever is a good suggestion or not.
5. Check EOS rules and be aware of them in order to inform the new members of the guild.
6. As a recruiter you must recruit only level 41 players with paragon title and only with positive KDR.
7. Help GM and officers in contests each weekend by taking part and helping guild members.
8. Loyal and respectful
9. Request new members to check and be active in EOS thread in Arcane Legends forum.

The following people were voted by EOS officers and promoted to RECRUITER rank:

ROGUES: Drainstone / Anamelith / Goldmc / Summerland /
MAGES: Zoltaan / Huiseka / Zillicious / Ucasaci / Deadroth

WARRIORS: Cruxcru / Satansbraten / Socoolq / Centergy / Arinaeri


BEFORE PROMOTING THE MEMBERS, WHO HAVE BEEN VOTED AND WHO PASSED THE VOTING SYSTEM, THE GM HAS THE DUTY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THE RECRUITER DUTIES. GM will follow and check whenever they respect them or not after they got promoted.

3. Donations to be done by officers for contests
It has been discussed during the meeting that we need to host contests each week (most probably during weekend). For these contests has been agreed that officers together with GM will do donations.
Donations mean: small amount of gold (whatever you consider) / locked crates / pets (not arcane or mythic pets  ) / legendary items… so whatever everyone consider that can donate during a week.

Donations will be done every Wednesday & Thursday of each week AND on Thursday / Friday morning the event details with date and time, which will be hosted Saturday or Sunday, will be posted in EOS thread.

Waiting officers suggestions about the events that needs to be hosted each week 



4. Usage of the GUILD CHAT

It was suggested and I request everyone to use more often the guild chat when communicating. In this way we get rid of the gap between officers / members / recruiters.
So please use the guild chat as much as possible!



5. Usage of EOS title!

Please respect this and respect other EOS members/recruiters/officers. Use the title no matter when you are (CTF / TDM/ PVE).

This is a must!!!!!!!



6. Share the minutes of EOS officer meetings with one or two days in advance.

It has been suggested and I took note and will apply this from now. Before every meeting, I will share my view / points we may discuss, so you guys can think about it and come with your opinions / suggestions.


7. No promotions or demotions on officer’s part needed.

Has been discussed and agree to not promo / demote any officer for the moment.

Sereny / Greendiamond got their officers rank back as agreed with all.

Sereny requested her demotions and now she was ready to join us back.

Greendiamond was inactive and now is back and playing, so we have decided to give her the rank back as we did with the rest.


Thanks to all for participating to this meeting, we were like 25 + officers, which is GREAT!

Put it on hold for the moment, let me bring it to officers... and we will do two events this weekend or 3....

One is ur event, second will be king event and will see leoakre event also to be added.

So maybe we will host 3 events during weekend.

@ Maojel please prepare the event with details rules etc... and send me via a PM in forum...don't post it yet here, need to review it and speak to officers and see what we can do

How often? Hmm let me answer, we decided to go with 15 recruiters for a period (maybe 1-2 weeks) and see how things are going... we want them to clearly respect the recruiters rules... if everything go smooth and fine, we will be doing another promos for people who deserve and respect the recruiters requirements.

Paul, I noticed you listed only 4 rouges as recruiters, making the total only 14 instead of the decided total of 15 and when I checked in list of guildies, I found only 12 recruiters.
It may be some error on my part and if so very sorry for disturbance.
