Small issue but I think this pink item was intended to be purple. It is named the same way as the purple robes (Croc Scale Robe of), rather than the pink naming layout (______'s Croc Scale Robe).
Not to mention the stats are pretty poor.

Swoe: Level 40 Enchantress
Spit: Level 40 Archer
Overpower: Level 30 Warrior
As far as I know, every "of mastery" item has been a pink. Plus there's also stuff like the "of legend" pinks, so I believe you are mistaken about the naming convention.
Compare the stats then:
Croc Scale Robe of Mastery
7 Int, 2 H/s, 38 armor
vs
Croc Scale Robe of the Owl
5 Int, 2% Crit, 3 H/s, 38 armor
Swoe: Level 40 Enchantress
Spit: Level 40 Archer
Overpower: Level 30 Warrior

Each class has a similar item with a different name - none of them are currently the best items (unless you are looking for a little h/s with stats)
